摘要
目的 研究硫酸奈替米星注射剂在兔体内药物动力学。方法 对 9只日本大耳白兔静脉注射硫酸奈替米星 7mg/kg后 ,采用微生物法测定用药后不同时间血清中药物浓度。 结果 该药的兔体药 -时曲线符合二房室模型 ,主要药动学参数AUC、t1/ 2 、V(c) 、CL(s) 分别为 2 4 .5 1± 3.91mg·h·L-1、2 .95± 1.0 4h、0 .32± 0 .0 8L·kg-1、0 .2 9± 0 .0 4L·h-1。结论 本文结果为奈替米星临床合理用药提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics of netilmicin in rabbits.Methods The concentrations of netilmicin in serum were measured with the microbiologic method after netilmicin was injected into Japanese white rabbits through vein.Results The concentration time curves of netilmicin were fitted to the two compartment open model .The AUC,t1/2,V (c),CL(s) were 24.51±3.91mg·h·L -1 ,2.95±1.04 h, 0.32± 0.08 L·kg -1 ,0.29±0.04 L·h -1 , respectively. Conclusion The results of the study provides a theoretical basis for clinical trials.
