新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病早期干预的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Early Stage Intervention Treatment of New Born's Asphyxia

目的 证实早期干预对缺血缺氧性脑病患儿身高、体重及新生儿行为评定量表 (NBAS)评分的影响。方法将 10 0名患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组除常规治疗外 ,辅加干预治疗 :听觉、视觉、触觉和前庭运动刺激等 ,对照组仅行常规治疗。结果 治疗组身高、体重及NBAS评分均高于对照组 ,两组比较有显著性差异。结论 早期干预对预防和减轻脑损伤所致的伤残能起到事半功倍的效果。

Objective To confirm the influences on the increase in height,weight and NBAS of new born's asphyxia at early stage intervention.Methods One hundred patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the contrasting group.The treatment group was given routine treatment adding to early stage intervention treatment such as the senses of hearing,listening,touching and so on.And the contrasting group was given routine treatment only.Results The height,weight and NBAS of the treatment group were higher than the contrasting group.The difference was obvious.Conclusion The effects of the early stage intervention is better to prevent and lessen the deformity caused by brain injury.
