血管内皮的保护策略 被引量:13

摘要 血管内皮损伤是触发和 /或促进动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心肌梗死、血管成形术后再狭窄等心血管疾病发生的关键因素 ,保护血管内皮、防治内皮损伤是维护心血管系统健康的关键。血管内皮的保护策略包括清除或拮抗损伤因素、激活内源性保护物质与保护机制、应用细胞保护剂等。传统的保护策略是对抗损伤因素。激活内源性或应用外源性保护物质则是近年来研究非常活跃的领域 。
