融合基因PAX3/PAX7-FKHR研究进展

摘要 腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤 (ARMS)具有特征性的染色体易位t(2 ;13)或t(1;13) ,分别形成PAX3 FKHR和PAX7 FKHR融合基因 ,改变了相关野生型蛋白的表达、功能和亚细胞定位 ,通过调节生长、分化和凋亡等途径促进肿瘤发生。融合基因的不同产物可能预示不同的预后。PAX3/PAX7 FKHR是高度特异和灵敏的遗传标记 。
