Preparation of Qinggan Granules in Bag

目的:制备清肝袋泡剂,并制定其质量控制标准。方法:根据处方药材所含化学成分设计成半生药型袋泡剂,采用薄层色谱法对丹皮、桅子、白术、柴胡进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法测定桅子苷的含量。结果与结论:制备工艺可行,质量可靠,为治疗高泌乳素血症提供了新的方法和剂型。

OBJECTIVE: To preparae the Qinggan granules in bag and to establish the standard of quality control for the preparation .METHODS: The semi--crude herb granules in bags were designed based on the chemical constituents of herbs in prescriptions .The peony root bark, Cape jasmine, Astractylodes macrocephala and Bupleurum were identified by TLC, and the content of gardenoside was determined by HPLC .RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The preparation technic was feasible and the quality reliable.The preparation is rational in formula and convenient in use. It provides a new type drug for treating hyper- prolactinomia.
