1996年～2002年南京地区医院抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病类药应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Antiacids and Other Drugs for Peptic Ulcer in Nanjing During the Period 1996～2002

目的:了解抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病类药物的应用趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调查1996年～2002年南京地区医院抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病类药物的应用情况,重点统计销售金额列前20位药物的数据,采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法进行分析。结果:7年中,抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病类药物销售金额在消化系统用药中一直居前列。结论:质子泵抑制剂、H_2受体拮抗剂是应用广泛的重要药物,铝碳酸镁的应用呈快速增长趋势。

OBJECTIVE: To understand the trend of application of antiacids and other drugs for peptic ulcer, so as to pro- vide the information for rational clinical use of these kinds of drugs .METHODS:We have summarized the data of application of antiacids and other drugs for peptic ulcer used in hospitals in Nanjing from 1996 to 2002, mainly those listed at the top 20 places according to sales volume .We analysed the data by order of sum of money and order of frequency of drug use. RESULTS: The sales volume of antiacids and other drugs for peptic ulcer always occupied the front row of that of drugs for digestive system diseases in the past 7 years.CONCLUSION: PPI and H_2 receptor antagonist are important and widely used drugs and the application of hydrotalcite is rapidly increasing.
