摘要
目的:探讨影响鳖甲汤中氮含量的因素。方法:采用正交试验方法对鳖甲汤中的氮含量进行测定。结果:鳖甲的粉碎度和煎煮时间对鳖甲汤中氮含量的影响均有显著性差异。结论:鳖甲入汤剂以粉碎过60目筛、加10倍量水、先煎1.5小时为宜。
To study the influencing factor on nitrogen content in Biejia decoction .METHODS: Using or-
thogonal design, the nitrogen contents in Biejia decoction were determined .RESULTS: The grinding degree and decocting time
had distinct influence upon the nitrogin content .CONCLUSION: Carapax trionycis should be ground into powder of mesh 60,
10-- fold water added and decocted 1.5 hours first.
