摘要 详细介绍了一种新的非线性、非平稳信号的处理方法-HHT,讨论了其有效性和优越性,简单介绍了其在地震工程中的应用前景,并利用HHT处理了地震工程中常用ElCentro地震记录,得到了该记录的振幅-频率-时间分布特性,并将得到的边际谱与傅立叶谱做了对比。 In this paper, a new method HHT which is invented to deal with non-linear and non-stationary data is recommended detailedly, and its validity and advantage are also discussed. The application future of HHT in the earthquake engineering is introduced in brief, and then, as an simple example, the amplitude-frequency-time distribution of the El Centro strong ground motion is analyzed by the HHT method and the comparison between the HHT marginal spectra and Fourier spectra is also made.
