鼻咽癌延误诊断31例分析

Misdiagnostic Analysis of 31 Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的 :分析 31例鼻咽癌误诊和原因 ,讨论误诊对肿瘤期别和疗效影响。方法 :统计 31例鼻咽癌延误诊断的相关因素。结果 :误诊时间 2～ 12月 ,平均 (6 .1± 0 .5 )个月。肿瘤期别 : 、 期 80 .6 % ; 期 19.4 %。误诊时间与肿瘤期别早晚成正比。结论 :鼻咽癌常见症状常被误为普通疾病 ,延误确诊导致肿瘤晚期严重影响疗效。误诊原因 :部分患者自主因素 ,大部分是医师因素。要减少误诊必需提高医师的肿瘤知识和对肿瘤的警惕性。

Objective:To analyze the reason of misdiagnosis of 31 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and to discuss misdiagnostic influence to curative effect and tumor stage. Methods:Mutually referable reasons of delayed diagnosis was analysed for 31 patients with NPC.Results:The misdiagnostic time of 31 cases were between 2～12 months and average time was 6.1±0.5 months, the tumors stage Ⅲ、Ⅳ was 80.6% and stage Ⅱ was 19.4%. The misdiagnostic time compares the early stage and advanced stage of the tumor to be a direct ratio relationship.Conclusion:The common symptoms of NPC were very easy mistakenly diagnosed as ordinary diseases, and delayed diagnosis brought about tumor advanced stage and severely influenced curative effect. The reason of misdiagnosis included self-sensation of patients,physicians with poor tumor knowledge or without vigilance of tumor.
