摘要
业务流程重组(BPR)理念起源于企业管理,它倡导从根本上重新组织企业的管理和作业流程,对现代图书馆的改革和发展也有着非常重要的实践意义,图书馆BPR应从人力资源的重组,服务流程的重组、核心业务的确定、目标价值的实现等几方面落实。重组过程中应立足思想观念的创新和管理创新,着眼于新的形势和环境,确定核心业务,注意自上而下的领导和自下而上的变革相结合。
The notion of business process reengineering (BPR) originates from the practice related to the management of enterprise, what its basic role to the change of methods in working procedures of enterprise management. Therefore BPR notion is of big significance to the practice of reform and development of modern library. BPR notion borrowed in library management cannot be put into practice unless some reshaping is made in terms of manpower, service procedure, the fixed nuclear business goals and the fulfillment of target value. In addition attention should be paid to the innovation both ideology and management, the notice of the latest situation and working conditions, the setting of nuclear business goals and the top-down reform from the leadership supported with the bottom-up response of the employees.
