摘要
读者是图书馆活动的重要组成部分,也应当成为图书馆评估的一部分。本文对原评估体系进行修 改,增加读者满意度指标,并提出对此指标操作过程中应当注意的问题。
This paper points out that the users are the major part of library, and they also should play an important role in evaluating university library. The author modifies the old evaluation system, adds the index of users' satisfaction, and presents the problem in doing it.
