摘要
通过野外观察和室内实验研究青岛潮间带多齿围沙蚕的群浮,发现野外多齿围沙蚕每年6月初到9月底群浮,海水的表层水温从17.5℃到24.5℃,高峰期从7月中旬到8月中旬,水温范围20.7℃到23.5℃,而室内多齿围沙蚕在13℃就出现群浮。随着温度的升高,群浮的异沙蚕体数也增加。多齿围沙蚕在新月和满月之间出现群浮,受潮汐和日照的共同制约,表现出半月相型群浮周期。
The swarming behaviour of Perinereis nuntia was observed in the field ( along the coast of Qingdao) and studied in laboratory.In the field P.nuntia swarmed from the beginning of June to the end of Sep in 1-3 hours after sunset and showed a semilunar swam-ing behaviour.The swarming temperature was 17.5℃ to 14.5℃,and two swarming peaks appeared after the sudden raised tepmeratur from July 4th to 14th (0.17℃/<D)and Aug.3rd to 12th (0.28℃/d),while in laboratory swarming was induced at 13℃ to 21℃,The effects of environmental factors on the swarming of P.nuntia was suggested by a model: water temperature controlled the swarming season; the tide controlled the lunar swarming cycle and sunlight controlled the daily swarming time.
