A Novel Method for Identification of Molecular Subsequences Based on Fast Walsh Transform

摘要 提出了一种基于快速沃尔什变换的分子子序列识别的方法.这种方法不仅能快速识别出子序列并确定子序列的位置,而且极大地降低了CPU运行时间和计算复杂度.结合实例对这种方法进行了分析. Sequence analysis is an important problem in bioinformatics. A novel method for identification of molecular subsequences based on Fast Walsh Transform is presented. It can not only rapidly identify subsequence and determine its position,but also drastically reduce CPU time. An example is analyzed.
