摘要 应用萘升华传质/传热比拟技术,对涡产生器式叉排扁管板式翅片管换热器的板芯结构进行了模拟研究.分析了管间距变化情况下换热板芯的传热与阻力特性,对换热器换热性能做了综合评价,为板式翅片管换热器结构优化设计提供了理论依据. By means of naphthalene sublimation of mass/heat transfer analogy, the configuration of platecore of flattube fin plate heat exchanger with vortex generator is investigated analogically. The heattransfer and loss characteristics of the heatexchanging platecore on condition of variable pipe interval are analyzed and a comprehensive evaluation of heat exchanger's performance is made, providing a theoretic basis for optimization design of the configuration of flattube fin plate heat exchanger.
