固定化肠膜状明串珠菌生产右旋糖酐的研究

Studies of dextran production with immobilized Leuconostcmesentercides cells

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体固定化肠膜状明串珠菌Lm(Leuconostcmesentercides)1226,对固定化Lm1226菌的产右旋糖酐性能进行了研究.结果发现固定化Lm1226菌较传统Lm1226菌发酵生产右旋糖酐具有发酵周期短、产酐率高、可连续生产的特点.为降低右旋糖酐生产成本,实现右旋糖酐原料药的连续化生产提供了可能.

The Lm (Leuconostcmesentercides) 1226 cells are immobilized with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as a carrier. A lot of studies of the capability of dextran production with immobilized leuconostcmesentercides 1226 cells are conducted. It has been found that immobilized leuconostcmesentercides 1226 cells make the cycle of fermentation shorter, and the efficiency of fermentation higher so that the production can be made continuous. This study provides a possibility to decrease the cost of production and realize continuous production of the dextran stuff.
