天然虾青素在水产养殖业中的应用研究进展

Advances in application studies of natural astaxanthin in aquaculture

本文介绍了天然虾青素的基本生理功能,并较详细地论述了其作为饲料添加剂在海洋水产养殖中的应用研究进展;通过比较人工合成虾青素和不同天然来源的虾青素在安全、生物效价等性能上的差异,指出基于微藻培育的虾青素在水产应用方面具有不可替代的应用开发价值,文章最后初步探讨了天然虾青素在水产饵料方面的存在问题和发展方向.

Current situation of application study of natural astaxanthin as feedstuff additive in marine aquaculture was reviewed in present paper. And physiological function of astaxanthin was introduced. The unequaled high value in aquaculture of natural astaxanthin from microalgae was expatiated after comparing its biological safety and efficiency with that of synthetic astaxanthin. Existing problems and developing direction were also proposed.
