冠脉舒对冠心病患者冠状动脉的扩张作用——32例彩色多普勒观察

The effect of Guanmaishu on the dilation of the coronary artery of the patients with coronary heart disease

目的 研究冠脉舒 (丹参、葛根、川芎煎剂 )对冠心病心绞痛患者冠状动脉的扩张作用。方法 采用彩色多普勒系统显示治疗前后一小时的左冠状动脉主干、左右颈总动脉的内径、血液流速。结果 治疗组 (n =3 2 ) :左冠状动脉主干、左右颈总动脉内径、流速均较服药前增加 (P <0 0 5 )。对照组 (n =41) :治疗前后其参数变化无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后参数变化值较对照组亦有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 冠脉舒能增加冠心病患者的冠脉循环量 ,可能对冠心病心绞痛的治疗有益 ,并提示冠脉舒对周围血管可能有扩张作用。同时 ,本文在彩色多普勒观察药物作用的方法上进行了有益的实践。

Objectives The study used the decoction of Guanmaishu to treat the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Color Doppler System was adopted to show the internal diameter and flow velocity of left coronary artery and arteriae carotis cornmunis at the time before and one hour after treatment. Results The results showed:(1)The treated group had the increased internal diameter and flow velocity of the mainstay of left coronary artery and arteriae carotis communis significantly after treatment(P<0.05);the control group showed no sigificantly difference statistically.(2)The changed parameters of the treated group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions It is suggested that Guanmaishu could increase the blood flow of the coronary circulation of the patients with coronary heart disease,and might be benificial to the treatment of coronary heart disease. It was the basic to study the dilation of Guanmaishu on peripheral vessles. Meanwhile,it was good practice on the method by using color doppler system to observe the function of the drugs.
