摘要
目的 :为临床合理选用维A酸受体药物治疗皮肤病提供参考。方法 :综合近年来国内、外文献进行分析 ,介绍维A酸类药物的研究进展和受体特点 ,对其临床应用进行评价。结果与结论 :维A酸类药物发展迅速 ,治疗范围在不断地拓展 。
OBJECTIVE:To provide information for rational use of tretinion-receptor antagonists in treatment of dermatoˉsis.METHODS:Relevent literature,published at home and abroad in recent years,was reviewed.The research progress and characteristics of vitamin A acid receptor were presented and the clinical application of receptor antagonists were evaluatˉed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The research of tretinion-receptor antagonists advance at a rapid pace and their therapeutic indications are expanding with good prospects in treating dermatosis.
