小儿热感宁口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床观察

Clinical Study of Xiaoer Reganning Oral Liquid in Treatment of Children's Upper Respiratory Tract Infections

目的 :观察小儿热感宁口服液对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床症状和体征的改善作用。方法 :161例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分成3组 ,分别口服小儿热感宁口服液 (60例 )、双黄连口服液 (41例 )及维C银翘冲剂 (60例 )进行治疗 ,均日服3次～4次 ,3天为1疗程 ,观察服药前和服药3天患儿的咳嗽、流涕、精神不振、食欲下降、睡眠不佳等临床症状和咽充血、扁桃体肿大等体征的变化 ,并对组间的有效率进行比较。结果 :小儿热感宁口服液对小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床症状和体征的改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0 05)。观察期间 ,小儿热感宁口服液组未发现明显的不良反应。结论 :小儿热感宁口服液是一种可改善小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床症状和体征的安全。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Xiaoer Reganning oral liquid(XRN)on clinical symptoms and signs of children with acute upper respiratory tract infections.METHODS:161children with acute upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into three groups.The patients were treated with XRN(XRN group,60cases),Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(SHL group,41cases)and Wei C Yingqiao granules(WCG group,60cases),3～4times every day for3days.The changes of clinical symptoms of coughing rhinorrhea,lassitude,anorexia and dyssomnia,and signs of pharyngeal congestion and tonsillar swelling were studied on the patients before and after treatment for three days,and the results of three groups were comˉpared.RESULTS:The improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs in XRN group was better than that in the control groups(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the three groups.CONCLUSION:XRN is a safe and effective compound herb preparation for the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs in children with acute upper respiratory tract infections.
