培哚普利治疗急性心肌梗塞236例的效果观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Perindopril on 236 Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 :观察培哚普利治疗急性心肌梗塞的疗效。方法 :治疗组患者入院后给予口服培哚普利4mg,qd ,连用4wk。结果 :治疗组236例患者中33例死亡 ,占13 98 % ;未用培哚普利的对照组160例患者中55例死亡 ,占34 38 % (X2=22.94 ,P<0.01) ;培哚普利尚有改善左室射血分数、小轴缩短率 ,减少左室内径的作用。结论

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the efficacy of perindopril in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.METHODS:The treatment group received perindopril4mg,q.d.for four weeks.RESULTS:In the236cases of treatment group,33cases died(13.98%),and in the160cases of control group,55cases died(34.38%)(X 2 =22.94,P<0.01).The perindopril also had the actions of improving left ventricular EF and FS,and decreasing left ventricular dimensions.CONCLUSION:Perindopril is beneficial for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
