2000年～2001年我院神经外科用药状况分析

Analysis of the Situation of Drugs Used in Dept.of Neurosurgery of Our Hospital in the Period 2000～2001

目的 :了解我院神经外科药物的应用状况 ,为临床安全、有效、经济用药提供依据。方法 :以2000年～2001年我院神经外科医嘱数据为资料 ,利用“军卫一号”工程中医生工作站子系统模块 ,对药物种类、用量、金额及DDDs等进行归类统计、比较和分析。结果 :我院神经外科用药以降低脑压脱水药、抗生素类药、清脑醒脑类药为主。结论 :用药现状比较符合神经外科用药特点 。

OBJECTIVE:To clarify the situation of drugs used in our department in order to provide a basis for drugs used in a safe,effective and economical way METHODS:Data was collected from the medical orders of our department during the period 2000～2001 Using the subsystem module of physician's workstation in Junwei No 1 Engineering,the data was classified,compared and analysed RESULTS:The drugs used in our department were mainly dehydrating agents,antibiotics and cerebroanaleptics CONCLUSION:The current situation of drug use conformed to the characteristics of medication in department of neurosurgery,however,there still existed irrationality in the use of drugs
