摘要
目的 :评价穿琥宁与利巴韦林治疗病毒性肺炎的疗效及成本 -效果比。方法 :选择63例病毒性肺炎患者 ,分为穿琥宁治疗组与利巴韦林对照组 ,运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :穿琥宁治疗病毒性肺炎优于利巴韦林 ,是一种成本 -效果较好的药物。结论 :药物经济学在优化治疗方案 ,指导合理用药 。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and cost-effectiveness ratio between chuanhuning and ribavirin in treatment of viral pneumonia METHODS:63 patients with viral pneumonia were divided into chuanhuning and ribavirin groups and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis RESULTS:Chuanhuning was better than ribavirin in the treatment of viral pneumonia,so it was a drug with good cost-effectiveness ratio CONCLUS_ION:Pharmacoeconomics plays an important role in optimizing therapeutic scheme,guiding rational use of drug and rising the economic benefit
