摘要
目的 :为临床合理应用组胺H1 受体拮抗剂提供参考。方法 :综合近年来国内、外文献进行分析。结果 :第2代H1 受体拮抗剂新药不断上市 ,其作用强而持久 ,不良反应少 ,对中枢神经系统几乎无抑制作用 ,也无抗胆碱作用 ,但对心脏的毒性作用日益突出。结论 :组胺H1
OBJECTIVE:To provide information for rational use of histamine H1 receptor antagonists(H1 RA) in clinic METHODS:To review and analyse the relevent literature published at home and abroad in recent years RESULTS:The second generation H1 RAs go on market one by one and these agents are strong and sustained in action and slight in adverse reactions,and have no inhibiting action on central nervous system and no anticholinergic action,however,their cardiotoxicity appear increasingly prominant CONCLUSION:The prospects of developing H1 RAs are broad
