摘要
目的:有效降低媒介种群密度,迅速控制登革热的流行;方法:以翻盆倒罐,清除无用积水,减少媒介孳生外境和使用拜虫杀、强力克敌等杀虫剂灭蚊的防治措施,以房屋指数,容器指数,布雷图指数和成蚊刺叮率评价灭蚁效果;结果:灭蚊前平均房屋指数为56.5;容器指数54.5;布雷图指数175.5。共清除各种积水容器21种25776个,措施后房屋指数、容器指数和布雷图指数为2.4,11.1和4.0,分别下降95.8%,78.9%和97.7%;剌叮率从措施前半均每人工小时为42.3只下降到0,10月12日后未发现新病例报告;结论:媒介防治措施得当有效,登革热流行迅速得到控制。
Objective:To reduce the density of vector effectively in order to control dengue quickly. Methods: Reducing the places where vectors propagate by eliminating useless water and using some insecticides. Results: Before killing mosquitoes, the average house index, container index and Bulei diagram index were 56.5,54.5 and 175.5 respectively. After cleaning 25 776 containers, the above indexes were 2.4, 11.1 and 4.0, reducing by 95.8% ,78.9%and 97.7% .The average 2h stick rale reduced irom 42.3/h to 0.No new disease was reported after October 12. Conclusion: Dengue can be controlled quickly by taking appropriate measure.
