静脉输液患儿恐惧因素的调查及护理

Analysis and nursing about fear factors in children who accepted intraveinous transfusion

目的 :了解静脉输液患儿恐惧的原因 ,提高心理护理服务质量。方法 :采用自行设计的问卷对我院 2 32例输液患儿进行恐惧心理及相关因素调查。结果 :女性及学龄期患儿输液恐惧的发生率高于男性及少年期患儿 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;女性患儿对医疗环境、人际关系、耽误学习、穿刺疼痛、预感健康受到威胁因素的恐惧高于男性患儿 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。学龄期患儿对医疗环境、人际关系、穿刺疼痛方面的恐惧显著高于少年期患儿 (P <0 0 1) ;少年期患儿对耽误学习、预感健康受到威胁的恐惧显著高于学龄期患儿 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :不同性别及年龄的患儿输液恐惧的发生率及相关因素不同 ,应针对不同的相关因素采取相应的护理对策 。

Objective:To analyze fear factors in children who accepted intraveinoustransfusion Method:We have made investigation over 232 cases through self made questionaire,made comparsion between different age,sex Result:Incidence of fear is higher in fenale and preschool age than male and childhood(P<0 01,P<0 05) The related factors of fear include medicine envirment,correlationship between people,puncture painess,anxiety about health condition Con^clusion:There are various related factors about fear for various age and sex group Nursing measures should varied according to various sex and age group
