摘要
用Cluster生长的自调整模型,考查了不同粘附系数下的Cluster生长形态.结果表明,随着粘附系数的逐渐减小,Cluster生长形态逐渐由开放的树枝形结构过渡到致密的结晶型结构.并且在粘附系数很小时,Cluster的形态将显示出格子模型的影响.
Cluster morphology under different sticking coefficient conditions were studied by using the self-adjust growth of the cluster(the SAGC model).The results showed that, with the gradual decrease of sticking coefficient,the shape structurure of cluster changed from a loose dend-ritic structure to a compact crystalline structure. Moreover,when stic-king coefficient was very small, the lattice model would exert an influence upon the cluster configuration,
