本文论述了进入 2 1世纪后 ,社会经济的发展和高等教育大众化给高等教育地位、高校办学、大学生地位、招生和就业带来的新变化 ,指出大学生对自己必须有个正确的认识和定位 ,找准自身发展与社会需要的结合点 ,不负历史使命 。

This paper discusses the great charges in the role and status of higher education, students' position, enrollment and employment, which have been brought about by socio-economic development and popularization of higher education in the 21st century. It further points out that in order to fulfill the historical mission and realize their ideals, university students should have a proper understanding and orientation of themselves and seek the integration between their personal development and social needs.
