民办高校可持续发展的思考

Pondering over the Sustainable Development of the Non-State-Run Colleges

文章提出了制约民办高校可持续发展的几个关系问题 ,如投资的寻利性与教育的公益性、企业的经济效益与高校的人文精神、决策的自主性与权力的受制约性、办事的效率与行事的规范等 。

This article raises some points that constrain the sustainable development of the non-state-run colleges, including the relations between the profit of investment and the public benefit of education, between the economic returns of enterprises and the human istic spirit of colleges, between autonomous decision making and restrictive mechanisms on the exercise of power, between working efficiency and standardized mechanisms. It further elaborates on the ways to deal with these relations.
