知识经济时代要求人们尊重知识,重视学历,但不应像有些人那样为谋求某种利益而有意拔高学历。学历、学位管理中存在诸种问题,规范学历、学位管理应采取相应措施。

The era of knowledge economy requires people to respect knowledge and to be fully aware of the importance of formal schooling, but not to take advantages, as practiced by some, from deliberately seeking any academic certificates beyond the actual education they have received. In order to tackle different kinds of problems in the management of the records of formal schooling and degree, measures are proposed to standardize the management in this area.
