在 Z_(409)镍催化剂上环己烷水蒸汽转化宏观反应动力学

摘要 在常压下、温度为460—570℃,H_2O/C 为3.0,4.0,5.0的条件下,在内循环无梯度反应器内研究了环己烷水蒸汽转化反应的宏观动力学,实验结果表明反应产物中的烃只有甲烷,所有实验条件下水煤气变换反应并未达到平衡,整个反应过程可用如下反应模型描述:(?)利用实验数据的优化求得了相应的反应速率方程,对实验数据的拟合结果表明,上述模型是合理的,它能够较好地模拟 Z_(409)催化剂上环己烷水蒸汽转化过程预测反应过程中的组分分布。 Macro-kinetics of eyclohexane-steam reforming reaction was studiedin an internal recycle gradientless reactor under atmospheric pressure.The reactor was operated at steam-carbon ratio 3,4 or 5 mol/molwithin a range of 460℃-570℃,The experimental results showed that thereaction products were composed of carbon-monoxide,methane,carbondioxide and hydrogen.Under alloperating conditions water-gas-shiftreaction could not reach thermodynamic equilibrium.The reaction pro-cess was described as follows:■Its rate equations were obtained from the experimental data optimi-zation,This model not only simulated the process of cyclohexane-steamreforming reaction over Z_(409)nickel catalyst,but also worked to predictthe variation of product composition.
