摘要
应用方差理论和最佳化技术对1,2—PB/NR 用于高速轮胎胎面胶进行了研究,以1,2—PB/NR,ISAF/HAF,硫化体系和促进体系作为变量因子采用旋转设计和逐步回归在约束函数控制下进行二次多项式非线性回归、控制和优化,对得到的1,2—PB/NR 共混胶优化配方,采用应力松驰(宏观)和FLORY 网络结构理论(微观)进行分析,结果表明:1,2—PB/NR 共混胶的低生热性、耐老化性和抗湿滑性是由于乙烯基(—CH=CH_2)的特殊交联反应。
1,2—PB/NR tread of high speed tyre was investigated by deviationtheory and technique of optimization.The blend ratiot of 1,2—PB/NRand ISAF/HAF,sulfur and accelerator are used as variables.And theregression,control and optimization of quadratc polynomial nonlinearitywith the rotationl design and step-regression were obtained under thecontrol of definite function.Stress relaxtion(macro)and Flory theoryof crosslink structure(micro)were used to analyse the optimal compoundof 1,2—PB/NR blends.The result showed:Lower heat build-up,betteraging resistance and higher wet skid resitance were due to special vulca-nization reaction of ethylene group(—CH=CH_2).
