摘要
根据动态硫化理论,以顺丁胶和高密度聚乙烯为基料,采用 HVA—2作交联剂,以 DM 和 DCP 作助交联剂,使用开炼机进行共混,制得了不同力学性能的热塑性弹性体。同时对橡塑比、未硫化、动态硫化、静态硫化和返炼次数等对物理力学性能的影响作了初步探讨。
Thermoplastic elastomer of polybutadiene ruboer(BR)and highdensity polyethylene(HDPE)were perpared in mill according to dynamicvulcanization theory.HVA—2 and DM,DCP were adopted as main-cro-sslinking and aid—crosslinking agents,respectively.The effects of ru-bber/plastic ratio,vulcanization conditions and recycled processing timeson the physical mechanical properties were studied.
