摘要
用不同铜盐制备大小均匀、平均粒径分别为70nm和200nm的菱形氧化铜粒子,并对影响粒子大小、形状的诸因素进行了探讨。
Copper (Ⅱ) oxide was prepared by aging copper sulfate, copper nitrate, copper chloride, and copper acetate at elevated temperature and under controlled PH conition. Sols of various uniform particles were obtained only in the experimental conditions. The particle size and shape characteristics in each precipitation region were determined with electron microscopy.
