铁体系催化剂电导率的研究

摘要 研究了在25℃加氢汽油溶剂中,铁体系胶相催化剂[Fe(naph)_2-A1(i--Bu)_3:-CH_3, = CHCH_2CI〕单组分按不同配比混合溶液的电导率与浓度的关系。从中得出环烷酸亚与三异丁基铝离子对的作用是形成胶粒的基本反应。在胶粒表面被三异丁基铝还原成低价的铁离子是活性中心的主要组成部分,单体丁二烯能使电导率降低说明活性中心是正离子性的;发现氯丙烯一部分与三异丁基铝作用、生成氯化异丁基铝。 The relationship between the electrical conductivity and the concentration of the single component or multicomponent mixed at odifferent ratios in iron colloidal catalyst system Fe (naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_3 CH_2=CHCH_2Cl at 250℃ and with hydrogasoline as solvent was studied. The reaction between Fe (naph)_2and Al (i-Bu)_3 was the key to the production of colloidal particle.Low valent iron ion on the surface of colloidal particle reduced by Al(i-Bu)_3 was the main component of the active centre; one part of chloropropylene produced chloroisobutylaluminum with triisobutylaluminum and the other part directly participated in forming the active center. That electrical conductivity could be idecreased by monomer-bidutiene indicated that the active center had cationic properties.
