摘要
提出了一种光电耦合线性放大器,对其进行了分析和实验。该放大器采用光电耦合器件、电流镜电路及深度负反馈,使输入、输出信号具有良好的隔离性能和线性度。
A new kind of linear amplifier has been developed and analyzed.And an experiment has been performed on it.It consists of photoelectric-coupled current mirror and this transfer characteristic. So input and output singals are of a good isolated characteristic and linearity.
