摘要 研究了低硫黄用量条件下,巯基苯并噻唑、四乙基二硫代秋兰姆断链体系对硫调型氯丁橡胶门尼粘度、焦烧时间及力学性能的影响.结果表明,在给定的转化率下,产品门尼粘度波动范围较小,同时巯基苯并噻唑的加入,对产品的力学性能及老化性能有所改善.因此采用该体系可以达到在不影响产品性能的前提下,控制门尼粘度的目的. The influence of MBT (2-mercaptobenothiazole)/TETD (tetracthyl thiuram disulphide) chain scission system on the mooney iscosity, the scorch time and the mechanical properties of sulfur-modified neoprene under the condition of lower sulfur level were studied. The experimental results showed that the narrow range of Mooney viscosity can be obtained and that the mechanical properties of the products can be improved by adding MBT when given a certain monomer conversion. That means that in order to retain good properties and control Mooney viscosity of the products, this mixture chain scission system is preferred.
