摘要
在探讨了醇-酯混合溶剂对BF_3OEt_2在加氢汽油中的增溶情况和Ni-Al-(B+醇+酯)体系聚合行为的基础上,考察了水对该体系聚合活性、聚合物特性粘数、聚合反应速率、微观结构和分子量分布的影响.结果表明,当H_2O/Al(摩尔比)≤2.3,醇-酯混合溶剂是BF_3·OEt_2的良好增溶剂,由它增溶的催化体系聚合活性高,且可制得特性粘数高、分子量分布宽、Cis-1,4含量大于96%的聚丁二烯.
The effect of the mixed additive, ROH and R'OOR', on the compatibility of BF_3OEt_2 with hydrogeoated gasolioe and the behaiour of butadiehe polymerization with nickle catalyst system were inivesti gated. Furthermore, the effects of H_2O on the polymerization rate, the monomer conversion, the iotrinsic viscosity, the distribution of molecular weight and the microstructure of polymer were also determined. The results showed: The mixed additive greatly improved the compatibility of BF_3OEt^2 with hydrogeoated gasolioe. The eatalyst system had not only a high activity but also a fair stability if the mole ratio of H^2O/Al was smaller than or equal to 2.3, anp the cotent of cis-1.4 chain unit was very high, about 96% in the polymer.
