摘要
本文从对楼房外墙渗水的诸种现象分析入手,指出了渗水的原因及渗水对墙体的危害,并从施工维修角度提出了对外墙渗水的维修处理方法,可供施工维修参考.
The paper starts with analysing the various phenomena of outer wall leakage. It points out leakage cause and damage done to walls by leakage. The maintenance method for outer wall leakage is given from the angle of construction and maintenance. It can be used as a reference during construction and maintenance.
