摘要
分析了现行承包制存在的主要弊病及其根源,提出了一套改革的初步设想,并对完善承包制的一些具体问题作了进一步地探讨,可供实践中参考.
This paper analyses the main drawbacks of the present system ofcontracted responsibility as well as its roots.It puts forth a set of tentativeopinions of reforms,and further approached some concrete problems forperfecting this system,which can only be used for reference in practice.
