目的 :探讨补中益气汤对危难症的治疗作用。方法 :运用补中益气汤对危难症在出现脾胃虚弱 ,气虚下陷之证时采用异病同治。结果 :治疗重症肌无力 (全身型 ) ,尿毒症 ,功能性子宫出血 ,顽固性自汗 ,顽固性慢性湿疹、冷性荨麻疹 ,心源性水肿皆取得可靠疗效。结论 :补中益气汤为治脾胃虚弱 ,气虚下陷的方剂 ,一些慢性病中见该证 ,一些危重症 ,难治症在其发展中也可出现该证 。

Objective: To discuss the effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi solution(BZHYQS)for severe diseases. Methods: Using BZHYQS to treat severe disease such as weakness of the spleen and stomach and deficiency of the vital energy. Results: The prescription is effective to myasthenia gravis, chronic renal failure, functional hemarouterus, stubborn self-sweating, stubborn chronic eczema,cold urticaria. edema causedby heart failure, Conclusions: BZHYQS is the priscripe for weakness of the spleen and stomach and deficiency of the vital energy, which can be seen in some chronic disease and severe condictions, so BZHYQS canalso be used as a recommended fiastaid remedy.
