The relationship between immunodeficiency and CMV antibody level in SLE patients

目的 :检测SLE患者机体免疫缺陷与血清CMV抗体浓度的关系。方法 :用ELISA法检测了 5 0例SLE患者及 5 0例正常人血清中的抗人类巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)IgM类IgG抗体。结果 :SLE组抗CMV -IgM抗体水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而抗CMV -IgG抗体水平无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :SLE患者机体免疫缺陷状态可能是导致血清中抗CMV

Objective: To determine relationship between immunodeficiency and concentration of serum CMV antibody in patients with SLE. Methods: Serum HCMV IgG and IgM were measured by method of ELISA in 50 patients and 50 healthy controls. Results: Serum CMV-IgM level markedly in creased in SLE patients to compare with healthy controls(P<0.01),but serum CMV-IgG levels were not different(P>0.05). Conclusion: The immunodeficiencies of SLE is mainly fact that cause concentration of serum high CMV-IgM level.
