急性外伤性颅内血肿78例非手术治疗探讨

Non-operative treatment for acute traumatic intracranial hematoma a review of 78 cases

目的 :探讨急性外伤性颅内血肿 (ATIH)的非手术治疗疗效及适应症。方法 :分析以往10年间 78例急性外伤性颅内血肿进行非手术治疗资料。结果 :中、小型血肿 6 5例全部治愈 ,治愈率10 0 % ;大型血肿 13例 ,其中有 10例非手术治愈 ,另 3例病情变化转为手术治疗 ,2例治愈 ,1例死亡 ,治愈率 76 %。结论

Objective: To evaluate the outcome, indications. In non-operative treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma (ATIH). Methods: During the past 10 years, 78 patients of ATIH had received non-operative treatment. Results: 65 cases of midium & small-sized hematoma were cured by nonoperation, The cured rate was 100%, 13 cases of large-sized, 10 cases received non-operation among them; and the condition of 3 cases took a critically turn received operation, 2 cases was cured. 1 case was death. The cured rate was 76%. Conclusions: Skill and know well non-operation's indication. In the non-operative treatment, changing treatment at any time by patient's condition, that was very importance.
