摘要
结合医院工作自身的特点,建立了以工作效益评价、经济效益评价、工作质量评价、医德医风建设评价、专科建设评价、科研论文发展水平评价等为内容,融内科、外科、医技科室、急诊科、门诊部、手术室、药剂科及职能科室为一体的综合评价指标体系。实施3年来,取得了良好效果,医院整体工作质量有了大范围的提高,全员重质量、重服务、重效益意识也大大增强,医疗质量管理水平和社会、经济效益得到了同步发展。
According to the characters of our hospital, we construct a comprehensive assessment index system which includes work efficiency assessment, economic efficiency assessmen, work quality assessment, medical ethics and moral integrity assessment, assessment on the construction of specialized subject, and assessment on academic articles progress. Also this system associates internal medicine, surgery, medical technique department, emergency department, operating room, and medicament department with functional departments. This system has been carried on for three years and has achieved very good effects. The whole work quality of our hospital has been improved greatly, all the members have paid much more attention to quality, services, and efficiency, and the clinical quality management level and economic efficiency have developed together.
