通过重点分析美国非营利性医院转换的原因、形式和对社会的影响,对我国医疗机构分类管理改革提出了若干政策性的建议。
It reviewed reasons why non - profit hospital change the ownership, the way that non - profit hospital change the ownership and the society impact of the change of ownership of non - profit hospital in United States. Based on the experience in the change of ownership of non -profit hospital in United States, some pieces of policy advice were proposed.
