肝肽素的生殖毒性实验研究

Experiment Study on the Liver Peptide's Toxicity on Reproduction

目的 :进一步了解肝肽素的毒副作用。方法 :采用实验动物进行生殖毒性实验 ,观察用药前、中、后胚胎形态及器官组织的发育情况 ,检查胚胎染色体。结果 :实验组小鼠胚胎外表正常 ,各器官发育良好 ,骨骼透明度良好 ,胚胎染色体未发现缺失、重排、异常交换等。自然分娩后 ,新生动物发育生长正常。结论 :说明肝肽素无致畸现象及其它毒副作用。

Objective: To study on the side-effect and toxicity of liver peptide. Methods: The experiment was carried through on animal to test the reproductive toxicity by inspecting embryo shape, formation of organs, tissues and embryo chromosomes before drug treatment, during treatment and after treatment. Results: The embryo shape of experimental mice was normal, with the growth of organs and skeleton in good situation. The default, reorganization or abnormity of chromosomes had not been found in the experiment. After natural parturition, the growth of baby mice had been in normal. Conclusion: The liver peptide has no toxicity impacting on the reproduction of experimental mice. \ Liver peptide; Experiment of reproduction
