摘要 随着糖尿病相关基因的克隆和基因重组技术及转基因技术的发展,糖尿病基因治疗进展迅速,可望成为彻底治愈糖尿病的有效方法。目前,1型糖尿病主要从阻断β细胞的免疫损害、基因工程胰岛素分泌细胞、胰岛素基因体内转移3个方面进行研究;2型糖尿病则主要在增加胰岛素敏感性方面开展研究;基因治疗糖尿病慢性并发症方面亦取得一定的疗效。
