血管内皮细胞的移植与人工器官的基因功能性 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,随着临床冠脉内溶栓、经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术及冠脉搭桥等治疗方法的广泛应用,内皮细胞的移植已经作为一种治疗心血管疾病的重要方法。研究利用血管内皮细胞移植技术以治疗心血管疾病,将更有利于病后患者新功能康复,对提高患者生活质量有重要意义。人工器官是基于组织工程技术的杂化人工器官,即细胞与生物医学材料相结合,使材料具有了生物活性,大大改善了人工器官材料与人体的生物相容性,使其功能取得了大的飞跃。根据不同需要,使用功能基因修饰细胞,使人工器官带有了基因功能性。全身性动脉粥样硬化和冠状动脉疾病是发达国家发病率、死亡率最高的疾病。改善血管材料的生物相容性和生物功能,是心血管临床医学上迫切需要的。研究发现细胞种植血管材料内表面,特别是内皮干细胞,的确改善了植入材料的功能。对血管内皮细胞的作用及血管内皮细胞的来源,接种模式,接种材料,临床实验,基因修饰等几个方面的研究进展作了综述。
