摘要
目的:探讨长期运动对青春前7~12岁的儿童瘦素分泌的影响。方法:比较36名(男21名,女15名)青春期前的香港运动员(n=25)与非运动员(n=11)安静状态下的血清瘦素、身体成分和体适能的区别及其相互关系。结果:身体成分相似的运动员与非运动员血清瘦素(4.61±2.89)μg/L和(6.34±5.14)μg/L、血清皮质醇(0.25±0.11)μmmol/L和(0.21±0.07)μmmol/L、血胆固醇(3.8±0.8)mmol/L和(4.1±1.1)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白(1.1±0.3)mmol/L和(1.2±0.3)mmol/L等差异无显著性意义(t=1.030,1.279,0.935,0.758;P均>0.05),运动员的体适能显著优于非运动员,瘦素与脂肪含量、皮下脂肪量显著高度相关(r=0.84,0.89,P均<0.001),与体适能参数无关。男童的瘦素、身体成分、血液生化指标与上述变化及相关关系相似,体适能参数只有跪地俯卧撑有显著差异(t=3.789,P<0.001),男童运动员优势手握力(r=0.76,P<0.05)、男童非运动员的坐位体前屈(r=-0.70,P<0.05)与瘦素显著相关。结论:长期运动对瘦素的分泌无影响,瘦素水平仅是脂肪含量的标志。
AIM:To investigate the influence of physical activity on serum leptin con-c entrations in 7-12years prepuberty children.METHOD:Thirty-six Hong Kong p repuberty chi ldren(21boys and 15girls)including 25athletes and 11non -ath letes were recruited in this experim ent while the relationships between lep tin,body composition,and physical fit-ness parameters were compared in th ese two groups.RESULTS:Mean values of serum leptin levels,s erum cortisol blo od cholesterol and high density lipopr otein were(4.61±2.89)μg /L a nd(6.34±5.14)μg /L;(0.25±0.11)μmmol /L and(0.21 ±0.07)μmmol /L;(3.8±0.8)mmol /L and(4.1±1.1)mmol /L and(1.1±0.3)mmol /L and(1.2±0.3)mmol /L;(t=1.030, 1.279,0.935,0.758;P>0.05)respectively in young athletes and n on-athletes with similar body composition and were no significant differe nces.The parameters of physical fitness in athletes were superior to non-athle tes.Serum leptin levels were highly cor-related with fat content and subcuta neous adipose tissue(r=0.84,0.89,P<0.001)but not correlated w ith physical fitness parameters.The serum leptin,body composition and biochemi cal marker of boys were similar wit h above-mentioned changes correlate d relat ionship.The physical fitness pa-rameter had significant difference s in kneel and push-up(t=3.789,P<0.001),the superior hand grip(r=0.7 6,P<0.05)in athletes of boys and sitting forward bending in non-athl et es(r=-0.70,P<0.05)had signifi-cant differences with serum leptin .CONCLUSION:The chronic exercise has no effects o n leptin secretion and its l evels reflect the fat mass only.
