实行临床用药督导的成效及396份药历分析

Effects of drug-use monitoring and analysis of 396 medical records

目的 通过实行临床用药督导制度了解我院抗菌药物应用情况。方法 采取随机抽样 ,对我院2 0 0 1年 6月至 12月期间医院临床用药督导专家组督导药历进行分析。结果 共调查 396份药历 ,合理应用抗菌药物药历 2 5 8份 (6 5 15 % ) ,基本合理 99份 (2 5 % ) ,不合理 39份 (9 85 % ) ,与 2 0 0 0年相比 ,抗菌药物使用率下降了 8% ,医院每床日药费下降了 3 34% ,医院药品收入占总收入比例下降 3 2 5 %。结论 临床用药督导促进了抗菌药物合理应用。

Objective To study the situation of rational antimicrobial use in our hospital by monitoring the drug use.Methods 396 medical records of inpatients from June to December 2001 were randomly collected and analysed by drug use monitoring experts.Results In 396 analysed medical records,the percentage of rational,roughly rational,and irrational antimicrobial use were 65.15%,25% and 9.85%,respectively.In comparison with those of 2000,the percentage of antimicrobial treated patients in the 396 collected inpatients,the daily cost per inpatient,and the ratio of drug expenses to annual incomes in our hospital decreased by 8%,3.34% and 3.25%,respectively.Conclusion Drug use monitoring prompts the rational antimicrobial use.
