摘要
参照美国胸科协会纵隔淋巴结分区法,在38具正常成人尸体上测量了纵隔各区最大淋巴结的长、宽、厚各径,以各径最大平均值作为纵隔各区淋巴结肿大的评价标准.纵隔各区最大淋巴结的长径标准分别为10、12、15和25mm,宽径标准分别为10和13mm,厚径标准各区均为8mm.
The length, width and thickness of the largest lymph nodes in different regions were measured in 38 normal adult cadavers according to American Thoracic Soceity's definitions of regional nodal stations. The maximum mean sizes of mediastinal lumph nodes in different regions were used as the diagnostic criteria to evaluate enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes. The criteria for the length were 10' 12, 15 and 25mm, those for the width were 10 and 13 mm and that for the thickness in all regions was 8 mm.
